A binding agreement is established when a customer makes a verbal or written reservation with Fly Adventure or through its official booking channels. By confirming a booking, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, which form an integral part of the agreement between the customer and Fly Adventure.
Fly Adventure agrees to provide paragliding experiences as detailed in its service descriptions or booking confirmation. Any additional services requested must be agreed upon separately, with the customer covering any extra costs.
Either party may cancel the agreement in writing.
If a customer cancels their reservation, cancellation fees apply based on the notice period:
Up to 14 days before the scheduled activity: No charge
Between 13 and 2 days before the activity: 30% of the total price
1 day before or failure to appear: 100% of the total price
Fly Adventure reserves the right to refuse service to any participant whose actions or behavior compromise the safety of the activity. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cancellation fees outlined in Section 3.1.
If unforeseen factors such as extreme weather, safety concerns, strikes, or other uncontrollable events prevent the activity from taking place, Fly Adventure may cancel or modify the experience on short notice.
In these cases, payments will be refunded, minus deductions for any services already provided, applicable costs, and an administrative fee. If possible, Fly Adventure may offer to reschedule the experience or provide an equivalent alternative.
Participants must be in good health and disclose any medical conditions that could impact their ability to engage in the activity.
Participation is strictly prohibited for individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or prescription medication that impairs cognitive function.
All customers must meet the participation criteria and follow the instructions of Fly Adventure’s guides, instructors, and team members. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health and accident insurance that covers adventure sports activities.
By accepting these terms, participants acknowledge that paragliding is an adventure sport involving inherent risks, including the potential for serious injury. Customers understand and accept these risks voluntarily and acknowledge the nature of the hazards involved.
All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any activities. This waiver releases Fly Adventure, its owners, staff, guides, equipment providers, and associated landowners from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from personal injury, property damage, or any incidents related to paragliding activities, whether on the ground or in the air.
